Well to say I had a BLAST this past weekend would not even do it justice, but I think Emily and Eden’s ranch wedding photos will! I was connected to Emily and Eden through our mutual friend Heather who was also a lovely bridesmaid on Saturday and I am so thankful she introduced us. I have had the pleasure of hanging out with Emily and Eden on more than one occasion from their engagement photos, Emily’s Bridal shower and even being invited to their rehearsal dinner “as a friend” has been so heartwarming. I loved that I was able to stay on the ranch with the bridesmaids and that I was included in the festivities, heck I even helped Nina hang the net lighting by the dance floor hehe. I believe because of this I was able to grow some strong relationships with everyone from Mom and Dad even to Emily’s Uncles therefore helping the day run even more smooth. Emily and Eden got married on her Grandparents Ranch up in Sacramento and boy was it STUNNING. The house was gorgeous from the true wood flooring, to the original wedding photos in black and white that were hung on the walls. Friday when I arrived I was welcomed by all the bridesmaids in matching softball type T-shirts with names and numbers on the back (so cute!) after helping set up the reception area we all freshened up and got ready for the rehearsal. After they practiced their walk down the aisle and their vows it was time to eat! Some of the women in the family (I believe Eden’s mother and Aunts) helped prepare an authentic mexican meal complete with tacos and margaritas! It was so fun having everyone sitting outside chatting and enjoying each others company. Emily’s dad gave quite a tear jerker of a speech but said he would rather do it then than at the wedding ( I don’t blame him!) Soon enough Saturday rolled around and Emily looked beautiful in her lace gown! I had such a great time with these two and their family and friends. I am truely grateful for how wonderful all my couples are!
